Key responsibilities include:

Developing and executing test plans, analyzing strategies, designing use cases, executing tests, and evaluating risks for blockchain product modules. This encompasses functionality, performance, security, compatibility, and automation.

Independently developing or selecting appropriate testing tools to enhance personal and team productivity.

Identifying issues within team processes, proposing actionable improvements, and driving their implementation.
Qualifications Education & Technical Skills
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, with a solid foundation in computer science.
• Proficient in Golang or Rust programming languages.
• In-depth knowledge of mainstream cryptographic techniques, including asymmetric encryption, signature algorithms(e.g., SR25519, ED25519), and symmetric encryption (e.g., AES).
• Familiarity with smart contract development, including but not limited to EVM, Move, and Solana.
• Deep understanding of consensus algorithms such as HotStuff, rPBF, PBFT, DAG, and DMC, with commercial implementation experience preferred.
• Expertise in distributed system development, KV database optimization, and Cosmos blockchain development is a strong plus.
• Experience in developing high-performance commercial-grade blockchain solutions and cross-chain systems is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Linux operations and Git, with the ability to independently manage basic operational tasks.
